Audits include a focus on reserving practices and accuracy and/or overall aspects of claims management including the quality of investigation, medical and disability management, litigation management, settlement resolution and subrogation efforts. Audits include analysis of claims processes and procedures to ensure claims management is line with industry best practices.
These reviews may be conducted on various lines of business (Workers’ compensation, Disability, General Liability, etc). Audits determine if administrators claims management operation is in compliance with client’s service requirements.
Due Diligence Reviews
Reviews of various lines of Insurance claims operations. Reviews include evaluation of administrator personnel, operations and sample of claims work product.
Reports include detailed claim analysis as well as an overview of claims operations and findings.
On-Site and Remote Audits
Reviews are conducted on-site at field offices or remotely (on-line at Taylor Claims Consulting).
